Improvements health, education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas.

To what extent do you agree with this opinion?

Developing countries need to improve fundamental elements such as health and education to achieve higher standard of living. Many people believe that it is pivotal that richer nations help others. I strongly disagree this point of view, because of poorer countries just need a mind change to solve their difficulties, and most of times they reject advises.

Reaching better lifestyle each nation needs to focus on developing better health facilities and higher educational systems. In my opinion the only efficiently way to achieve these improvements is changing people minds toward being more commitment to their jobs and working hard to receive deserved rewards. This way to think may become societies richer and decrease the amount of people who live below the poverty line.

On the other hand, there are people who believe that it is essential that leaders from developed nations encourage supporting programs for the poorest ones. From my point of view, it is a completely wrong opinion. Even though it is difficult to understand, the poorest societies tend to have more resources than the richest ones. The real difference among countries is the way of using resources. To make things worse, developing nations feel that advices related to act in different ways are idiosyncrasy attacks.

In conclusion, even if I am in favor of poorer nations have to put the spot light on important topics like education and health, I am completely against to that rich nations have to help them, because these change only can come from inner reflection process.
