Letter for my agent of employer agency.

Hello Sarah!
Happy New Year!
Well, I want to tell you, I have been studying English hard and I have improved a lot. In special, in writing and reading; I’ll take the IELTS on 5 March. I’m not sure about I´ll obtains the necessary score, but I´m studying hard every day. If I don’t obtain 7.5, I´ll take the test again in a month.
On the other hand, I´m searching my documentation, and doing the legal process in my country, that is very difficult and slow, but I’m doing it, and I have a legal translator working with my documentation.
I hope to have all ready on April and send it with my IELTS to request my registration on the Board of Psychologist NZ.
I’m not sure to be ready to have interviews yet, but I think, I could be ready in February or March. I hope it!
I’m preparing to be ready to go to NZ on August, but I know that could be later.
I have a question, Can you tell me about the requirements for my husband visa? Well, I understand, if I have a job, he could have a work-visa too; but, can you say me what he need to it?
Well, I hope you are good!
Warm regards.

Taks 2

There has a long been a debate over whether for young people is better to start the university immediately finish the high school or take the time to work or travel.   The young people are really curious, and sometime they prefer do different things after finish the school.
Many people start their working life when they finish the high school; they have different reasons, sometimes need money, and do not know what want study or want to do different things (for example).  But still, that could be a problem only if they do not come back to study and decide work in simple jobs, because they could have a very weak job security and low wage and benefits.
However, the people need to choose a career so young, and sometime go travel, know others cultures and people, could help to grow and take better decision. In same way, start a job, could help to understand some responsibilities and duties. In this way, have a job or go travel help the people to be better college students in the future.
Furthermore, recent research has shown that the higher levels on academics scores are relation with higher level of mature. In this way, travel or work (for example) are ways to help people to be more mature and take better decisions.
In conclusion, is a very big worry that the young decide do not go to the university because there are working and do not want continue their studies; but still, is possible, the young with a job before university or who could go travel are most mature than others; and this situation could be travel or work a great help to have good scores in the college.

Taks 1

In this charts, is possible observed the reason because people with different age range decide study, and the common help of their employer that the people could receive in relation with their age range.
The young people (less than 26 years old), decide study because they like the career and do not so worried about their futures interest. While that, older people (more than 49 years old) are total different; they are really worried about their interest, and just in the midlife (40-49 years old) the number of people worried about their interest and career are same.
On the other hand, the younger people (less than 26 and to29years old) could receive most help of their employers than the older. However, the employer offer less help to people in 30-39 years old, and with people older are a little most open to help.
Finally, these charts are possible understand the reason to study in relation who older are the people; and how the employer see the peoples skills.

Reflecting about today estudy experience.

This morning, I was to study English in the British, I arrived, gave the books, and went to the library to study. I had 2 hours to study and my goal was to do 4 reading passage.

The library was silent, and the people there were studying too. Well, first I find the book, organized my sheet and play the chronometer. I read the passage, and answered the question (13 questions) in only 17 munities; after that, I checked my answers, I had 12 good answers! That is like 8.3 points in this passage! I was really happy! I have 8.3 in perfect time, without dictionary, and without help!

After that, I was happy and went to the coffee shop to drink a Gatorade, and went to the bathroom. When I returned, the people were on break, and they were really excited and noisy, and I could listen them in the library.  I tried to do my second passage, I read and tried to answer the questions, but I could not! I didn’t understand anything! I did not understand the questions!

I felt bad! But, I decided to start other passage. The people still were very noisy, but I did an important effort and tried to do the third passage. That was difficult to me, because, I had some problems to concentrate. I finished in 24 minutes (so late), and this passage has 15 question and I had only 10 well; that is like 6 points. Nevertheless, I was not sad yet, because, I had achieved like 7.07 points, and I’m improving every study-day!

However, while I was did the third passage, on the British, some people were prepare a room across me to do the IELTS interview. Two men were waiting for their interviews. Meanwhile, I was thinking: umm, Ok Is good place to take the interview; is he nervous? Will he have a good interview? I would be really nervous! Well, maybe not, in this moment I´ll be ready, but, If, am not ready? What about whether I´ll have the interview before the exam? What about whether I am not ready? What about whether I have the interview after the exam and I cannot to go to holidays after the test?

In conclusion, I was more and more nervous each minute… But still, I did the last passage, and have only 3 answer good…

Some minutes later, I wrote to Juan and asked him pick up me in short time. I understand, could not continues studying in that moment.

Well, I’m improving, but the really problem is: I´m so nervous and a little distraction do so difficult to me achieve the goal and a good job. But now, I´m not sure if I would be ready on 5 Mach, but I´m sure, I´ll ready soon, and I can learn English and have a good feedback in the IELTS someday!

That was the experience today.

See you soon.

In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

There has long been a debate over whether for children is well work, get early work experiences, or is wrong for them. Many people think, the kids only should study and have house's responsibilities.

Around the world, in some countries, the children get job, and they can help their families, learn to be responsible, and have many work experiencies to the future. These kids usually are most mature and have some abilities that others kids does not have. A child who start to work at 8 , when have 18, he will have 10 experiencies years, and will have more opportunities labor than other boy like him.

However, the childhood only lasts few years, never more the people will be child, and during the life, the people will have many responsibilities and get work experiencies. During the infancies the people need play, be free, learn in the school, have friends, learn social abilities, and to feel their parents can hold them (emotional and economically).

Furthermore, during the childhood is time to structure the personality and is important live the infancy problems. In this time, the persons need study and have time to think what they will do in the future, while, if the kids is working since early time, they cannot have time to think it and know their true interests and abilities, because they are too busy working.

In conclusion, each stage of life, the people need  to do specific things, and the children need to study, play, know the world, know themselves, and know what they would like to do in the future. The kids need to use their infancies well, and prepare for the futures responsibilities.
